Using words that I had learnt

I had written a story instead a sentence in the class today
I have started reading my sixth book since I'm taking this class,
it really surpass my expectation,I would never conceive I could do this before taking the class.
I'm eager to learn and read as well as enjoin it.
I hate language inhibit me to find a job that is my passion just like what I had done in Beijing.
I like to work,it's not for supplement income for the family, believe it or not,I was a workaholic, got out my house at 9 in the morning, came bake at 2 in the middle of night every single day,no weekend,no holiday.
However, life is changing, and I derived happiness from what I have now, that could compensate what I had lost.

Hi Irene!

Your vocabulary sentences are really good. Your use and understanding of the words is really impressive. I notice that you could strengthen your grammar (ex: verb tense- like thinking about if the verb was done in the past, present, or will be done in the future. -ed should be used on most past tense verbs for example).

Here are some changes for you:
It really surpassed my expectations.
Language inhibits me from finding a job that is my passion.
I derive happiness from what I have now, which compensate for what I had lost.

Irene, I was wondering: what was your job in Beijing?
