new vocabulary words

James was so naive when she got her frist job,it was so overt that she could not
used the office machine.
some of the employees tried to undermine her ability,knowing she has a college degree.
But in six month she was promoted to supervisor,that make one employee mad,he was a menace to her.but because of her morale ability she handle the situation rightly.

1. Be careful when you use the word overt. It usually means open and observable; not secret or hidden; Here are some examples:
"an overt lie"; "overt hostility"; "overt intelligence gathering"

I wouldn't use it the way you did in your sentence.

2. Morale is a noun, so make sure you use it as such. Ex: Because of her morale, she handled the situation rightly.
